Halotan Records Sampler 06 is a compilation of Polish dark/goth scene. It consists of 15 songs. The musical style range from guitar oriented goth rock/metal to hard electronics like dark electro.
The compilation can be purchased as physical CD keenly priced at €3.49. It can also be downloaded absolutely free of charge as high quality full mp3 download containing all music and cover artwork.
Thanks to Halotan Records cooperation with Polish Batcave portal, bat-cave.pl the compilation also contains some more oldschool goth sounds (songs 9 - 11).
Desipite of quite small size of Polish Dark Independent/Goth scene (at least compared to Germany or other European countries) only 4 out of 15 bands featuring on the CD have already been present on previous editions of this compilation.
Cover artwork of Sampler compilations has always been designed using photos of Polish alternative models, as a means of promoting visual dimension of our scene. This time the cover features photos by Dominika SWR. Models are the author herself (booklet), Onyria Cryoflesh (inlay) and Marta Sasive Sobkowiak (inlay).
