Taboos and dark electro – interview with Device Noize

[halobox116]

Adalbert:  I guess “I’ll kill you” anticipates the next album of Device Noize. Can you tell us something about the new album you prepare?

Device Noize:  Yes, there are two albums that I hope to launch in 2016.

Adalbert: What is, in your opinion, a recipe for a perfect dark electro track?

Device Noize:  Just do it with feeling, it’s all about the ability of composing and configuring the music that sounds good to the ear

Adalbert: Can you tell me what are your musical inspirations? Only dark electro stuff, or also some other kinds of music?

Device Noize: I can be inspired by  any track I like, and then I can write, and then compose due to this inspiration.

Adalbert:  And – let’s go on with that issue – what inspires you apart of music ?

I have no personal relations, it's only facebook. Where I live there are more metal bands, and I do not like metal

Device Noize:  Abstract art, the life, my experiences, documentaries, for example  the track of “Eutanasia” was inspired by one of them.

Adalbert: In your discography we can also find one remix/cover versions album (“Latex remixex”).  Do you prefer to remix dark electro artists (like Polish H.EXE, which you remixed)  or remix or cover bands that had nothing to do with the genre (like Royksopp – you prepared your own version of their “Triumphant”)?

Device Noize: If I like the song, no matter the genre, I’ll remix  it.

Adalbert: Can you tell us more about the Mexican dark electro scene? Do you have relations with other bands,
any kind of parties where the fans can listen to their music?

Device Noize: I have no personal relations, it’s only facebook. Where I live there are more metal bands, and I do not like metal.

Adalbert:  And the last question is following. What’s the best situation to appreciate Device Noize – listen to your music at home, dancefloor in a club, or maybe a live event (however I don’t know if you play any concerts)?

Device Noize: For me, anywhere is a good place, but better do it with headphones at home.
