“A Deeper Grey” can be placed somewhere in conservative post-punk and coldwave area of dark independent scene and would appeal to those interested in more oldschool sounds.
The EP's technical side is modern though and up to the highest standard.

This Cold to projekt powstały po rozpadzie zespołu Cabaret Grey. Do składu dołączyła nowa wokalistka, znana z wcześniejszych dokonań w Desdemonie, obecnie udzielająca się w projekcie Alienoil Agata Pawłowicz.
This Cold to zespół poruszający się w obszarach coldwave i postpunk. Ich muzyka należy do konserwatywnego odłamu sceny hołdującego klasycznym brzmieniom sceny Dark Independent.
"A Deeper Grey" ist irgendwo im konservativen Post-Punk- und Coldwave-Bereich der Dark-Independent-Szene anzusiedeln und würde auch diejenigen ansprechen, die sich für eher oldschoolige Sounds interessieren.
Die technische Seite der EP ist jedoch modern und auf höchstem Niveau.
