Samplers are the series of compilations which is unique to Polish stage. Usually they appear approximately every six months. They show the overview of Polish dark independent scene.
Here’s the handful of statistics of the new Sampler.
7 out of 15 tracks are sung in Polish. It’s very positive scene in the native language starts to become parallel to the English is more likely to develop and reach new audiences.
11 out of 15 tracks come from the bands that have never appeared before on our compilations. It seems that after 5 editions Polish scene seems to be still full of interesting and unknown music.
Only four of the 15 teams here seem to Halotan Records. As you can see, our principle is still the same: we don’t want to form the circle of mutual adoration, but we try to promote interesting Polish projects in general.
